If it is what I think it is - and if Kee in-chara as well understands that those are job requests - he'll check whether there any with the location being 'Dry Forest' OR any that have a Sylveon OR an Absol as client, and asks the three striped Pokemon whether it's legal for not-yet-guildmembers to accept any of these requests.
