Finally.  Puzzle solved. 

We just need to determine how many Lumineon we all capture.  Four each between the three of us would be an even spread and also the fastest option IC.

AND THANK ALL THAT IS TABLETOPGAMMING FOR THAT! If that dragged on any longer, I'd suggest everyone to sod the puzzle, as almost nothing is worth the literal weeks of time lost to that damn thing.
