Wow. Really? Cool. But, how can you trade with yourself?

Open the 2 files you're trading between at the same time, and go to gts. Put up one of the two pokemon you're trading between files and ask for the other one, but don't finish right away. Then on the file with the non- deposited pokemon, select the other pokemon to search for it, once again don't actually hit the search button right away. Now hit the finish button on the game where you deposited a pokemon, then immediately go to the other file and now hit that search button, the pokemon you searched for (which should be what you deposited on the other file) should be the first result to appear for that pokemon (but be sure to check ots and nicks if you aren't sure). Now just trade for that pokemon, which will mean you just traded with yourself. I've done this loads of times and never been sniped as if you do it just right you can deposit the one pokemon and search for and trade for it in the other file with only 2 seconds where anyone else can snipe it (which is pretty much impossible). I would think it would be easier to just communicate between files directly with online lobby (seeing as different save files do have different online IDs) but it actually just causes the game to crash. So yeah, that's how you trade with yourself.
