Yeah the Bulbapedia lists are irrelevant beside the corebook, but I have been lenient with Rain Dance in the past. If you really want that move on any water Pokemon where it makes sense, you can get it.

Lets see them...Swampert will learn them Water Pledge and Hydro Cannon.

For other moves interested, how much it would cost for Swampert learn Hydro Pump, Muddy Water and Rain Dance?

Speaking in water types, you still didnt give the data of Eletux and Shrimputy since we return from the Skull Ruins. Could you please send the data so I can see if there is any those two could learn any other move?
