Ah, then no Water Pledge on any of Shiva's Pokemon... Am a bit sad about that, but it's fair and reasoned, and I guess you can't just get everything you wish for in an RPG. Happy that I got Water Pulse on Raphael for free though thanks to Primal Kingdra, as that was a move I aimed to get on him by tutoring myself!~

And yes Shiva will use any cash given on Primal Kingdra for tutoring waterly moves on her Pokemon on restoration efforts and protection of nature, for example by buying packages of seeds to grow new plants and funding honest organisations and projects.
I don't have anything to say or add to the scene with Primal Kingdra, so I'm fine to return to the submarine. There are a few Pokemon of Shiva that would kinda appreciate to learn DIVE afterall! And I really wish to eventually head to the underground Lab and work on fulfilling Shiva's in-chara goal of obtain-saving a Nucleon at best.
