Karen focuses, trying to envision herself and Pyra both standing a few feet away from where she is currently.  It takes her a few tries, but she eventually gets it to work.

...but Karen also doesn't reappear a few feet away like Pyra suggested.  In fact, Pyra's not sure where Karen went...
