Magmortar is unconscious, having enough HP to take 3 hits from the Sword, much like Milotic.
Heavy Ball is perfect for capturing this big monstrosity. It works.
This Pokemon has 5 disobedience, of course.
If you move the rubble, a human can slip through the wrecked conduit. You see some red flashing lights, an everpresent green glow, and lots of steam in there. The humming has not changed, sounds like there are multiple big machines that way. You also hear... ocean waves?
