Okay, I'm a little behind, so let's type up some general reactions for Nathan and Gallade for the various rooms we've checked out.
Nucleon Room
Once again, Nathan recalls Gallade to his pokeball and summons Metang for safety reasons before entering. As for the room itself...
...well, what words can possibly describe what Nathan's seeing and feeling about it? Seeing those Nucleon in varying states, all held captive against their will...it's appalling. However, he also agrees with Ventus's point.
While they could free these Nucleon, doing so might not be the best idea for them in the long term. If the military catch a stray Nucleon roaming free, it isn't hard to imagine that they would be quick to try and contain the Nuclear type before it could cause trouble...even if it meant hurting the creature. And caring for a Nuclear type is obviously something that requires a lot of specialized techniques and tools. An average trainer in Creshire is unlikely to be well equipped for such a task. So while he could probably break those pokemon out with the Sword that can cut through (almost) anything just as well as CUT could, Nathan refrains from doing so. The Nucleon will just have to sit tight for a little while longer while they get some help...
While Nathan is paranoid as heck about the Nuclear type, a pokemon is a pokemon, no matter how dangerous.
As for whether he has Dedenne on hand, Nathan confirms he did. He brought the little mouse just in case their amplification abilities might come in handy. He takes a few pictures of the room himself using his pokedex and asks Porygon-Z to download some of the files from the accessible console in the room to the device. "I'll send the information to Dagny once we've looked around a little more, but before we've left the area. The more evidence we have, the better our case will be."

The Submarine Room
Military guards, huh? They did say they'd just routed a few moles in their organization and were still conducting their own investigations before we started on our adventuring on the island. Nathan doesn't currently have much reason to distrust them on the matter, but he's definitely inclined to talk to Dagny first about all of this before he mentions any of it to the military.
"Guess this area's part of what's off limits to us. We probably shouldn't poke around here."
-------------------------------------------------------------
The Elemental Rooms
Lol, I like that Iron assumed we broke in. Yeah, Proygon-Z and Pulse would probably be bypassing any electronic locks in our way without much trouble at this point. I bet they're having fun with it, too, and Nathan's more than happy to let them do so since they're also helping out quite a lot.
More caged, miserable pokemon...no surprise there. Again, Nathan refrains from freeing the pokemon immediately. Freeing them would probably only cause trouble (particularly since that Girafarig snapped at Shiva!). These pokemon are likely finding it difficult to trust humans after what they've been through...
As for the Psychic TMs, I'd personally like a Psychic TM myself as well, if that's fine with everyone. Gallade's only reliable attacking Psychic STAB is Confusion, and he's had that since almost the beginning of the game. And while the move has served him surprisingly well (flashbacks to the two Muk that KOed themselves in Confusion), it's probably about time he learned a stronger STAB move.
(Also, regarding Telekinesis, that TM is purchasable at the Violet Tent in Cress City for $2800, so there's not much reason besides saving money to get one here. Better spent on less readily available moves, methinks.)
Gallade, meanwhile, is watching Shiva and Girafarig carefully, frowning at the situation the pokemon has found themself in. As someone who's suffered at the hands of Almanac himself, he can empathize with the giraffe pokemon quite heavily.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also, a question about the remaining Elemental Rooms for clarity: do they all have shelves with TMs in them, or is it just the Psychic one that does?
