Hmmmm...well, I see only two canon options for that which aren't from Gen 8.

a) Dazzling Gleam, the only Fairy type TM in Gens 6 and 7

b) given that I was allowed an Outrage TM (something which exists in Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee) after the Deoxys battle, would a Play Rough TM be an acceptable option as well?

Fairy does not have very many artificially learnable moves in the canon games (even if we did include the weaker TMs available in Gen 8)...
