Heart equipped the helmet. He reach right in the face of Cocancer and using the Frozen Roar and the helmet he yell.

"COCANCER! STOP! STOP DOING WHAT YOU DOING!YOU HURTING PEOPLE AND POKEMON ALIKE!" Heart try to focus connect to Cocancer Earthpower with his own power.
