I already specifically worded it like that because of Windos's characters, thank you very much.

Wait a minute.....you were deliberately trying to get Ventus and Terra on board with Landos' pledge indirectly with that last minute addendum to Shiva's plan, and perhaps also trying to make Ven more genuinely heroic in the process? That's.....pretty clever, actually, I have to admit. Didn't work, but I have to admire that ploy none the less for its sneakiness!

Given that Heart, Nathan, and Shiva are all already have more or less agreed to Shiva's plan and wouldn't have any problems with upholding Landos will (Since they all swore an oath to it, unlike Ven and Terra), the reconstruction and relocation plan should still be able to go forward from an OOC decision making perspective, just without Ventus' or Terra's help or participation in it. Lucifer will just pluck Terra off from Tropius and FLY off towards where the Genesect Fossil lay hidden underneath the waves while everyone else deals with the colossal crustacean! Simple, right?
