With the danger of the Litwick overwhelming the party past, Kogeki and Pyra are able to take a moment to snap out of Confusion, and everyone's able to help Kogei put out the Burn that he was inflicted with.

"...goooood...gooooood..."

Litwick then finally passes out, the flame on its head temporarily extinguished like the rest of its kin.  The Team's badges begin to flash, indicating that they can be used to Teleport exactly one pokémon out of the dungeon.  Karen looks at her badge thoughtfully.  "I guess that means we can only have a maximum of 5 pokémon traveling together at a time?  We should probably send Litwick back to the guild..."

Litwick has been recruited!

.....And that was when Pyra finally managed to get over being Confused, shaking her head to clear the last of the sensations it caused her with a rare grimace. Despite that she still felt somewhat......off kilter from the experience, and had little idea of what truly happened to her. Trying to analyze and decipher the symptoms just brought back shades of that utter sense of disconnection and disorientation , forcing her to abandon that train of logic before those horrid feelings crippled her again. Urgh.....well, whatever infliction that waylayed her wouldn't get another chance to do it so easily if she had anything to do about it......

Incidentally, the lil' fiendess almost completely missed the entirety of the post battle recruitment of Litwick, blinking Noctowlishly as her friends stared down somewhat amicably at one of the Litwick (Oh, that was what they were!) and then at her Badge when it started flashing. In other words she had no idea of what has happened, and this whole scenario was completely lost on her.  At Karen's comment she blinked again in mild bewilderment before slowly nodding her head with a frown.

"Yes.....indeed, let us.....spirit away this Litwick. We all should stick together forever if we can, unless one of us can no longer go on."

Now better, Pyra would resume her duties as sentry/vanguard, but for the time being she was......pensive and non-cheerful in her duties, the remnants of Confusion and its consequences still haunting her. Also, she was sticking closer to Kee (practically pressing herself against his side as they walked), for reasons she didn't entirely understand other than his presence comforted and soothed her for some reason. Discombobulated or not during that time, it seems she had some vague recollection of the furry punk star defending her when she was at her most vulnerable.

As for direction, the only directions left was doubling back and taking the only route the group hasn't explored yet. Pretty simple decision, really, unless the Hall of Magic decided to change its layout in the meantime....
