You don't need to sign up, just request any of those Pokémon, I don't want anything in return because I already completed the Pokédex.
To trade in Pokémon Uranium, make sure you've updated to the latest patch, and then go to the second floor of any Pokémon Center.

can i get a litter of rabbits with there fur dyed like pikachou sent in the mail? :) i dont want any thing now maybe i might ask when i finish game and know what im doing.
