This is a really cool idea. I've been racking my brain for days and come up with virtually nothing good lol... So here are some of the less terrible ones I got:
- pikipek line as birbie
- rockuff/lycanroc as minicorn & its evos (i know the type doesn't fit, but I can't think of anythng else which evolves into 2 things and I love lycanroc ?. Could of course do lunapup and herolune, but then one of the lycanroc would be left out)
- cutiefly as cubbug
- mudbray/mudsdale as modrille/drilgann
- dewpider/araquanid as sponee/sponaree (golisopod is more iconic tho)
- fletchling line as pahar line
- stufful/bewear as jackdeary/winotinger
- to solve your vulpix/ninetails problem you could possibly set anderind to be sandslash
I really wanted to think of something for Oricorio because it's my favourite of the new pokemon, but the best I got was masking/dramsama as the psychic and ghost ones, but I wouldn't go for that because masking and dramsama are my favourite tandor pokemon lmao
