Genesect doesn't seem influenced by flattery or honor, but despite having just eaten a barrel of lab meat, it still catches some snacks right out of the air.

Nathan's beginning to get an idea of what this Genesect's habits might be like now.  It's definitely very, very different from dealing with other Legendaries.  Time to take the conversation to a more productive topic.

"Do you trust that I mean no harm now?  I'm here to help you, in fact.  The big reason why I'm here is to talk with you about survival primarily.  This place...it is safe for now.  But I can guarantee that it won't be forever.  There are predators out there that would like nothing more than to take advantage of you, and they will stop at nothing to subdue you if given the chance.  If they find you and you are unprepared to deal with them, they will win.  And that's what I aim to prevent.  I want to protect you from them, help you survive in this world you've found yourself in.
