Help me /Breeding

Hey,
At first im complete newbie if its up to breeding
i read some of the guides but the problem is that english isnt my main language and i cant understand everything and in my main language i do not find some good guides....
And there are still some smaller questions i got 
I already started some breeding and my first trys went .... meh.

So if anyone is able to help me i would really appreciate it
