It's probably fair to say that of all the eevolutions, Nucleon is one of the ones that acts most like its base form. The bond with a trainer allows it to remain normal despite everything that's happening inside.

I like that flavortext for Safeguard, especially considering this Nucleon's backstory. A great surprise! The summoned trainer could be kind of like Curie's perspective - ie mostly boots and a labcoat looming above!

'Everything thats happening inside'... Shiva can only imagine what is happening inside her dear Nucleon. It's a Pokemon belonging to that ominous NULCEAR Type - the process the nuclear radiation has and is affecting these must be scary and dangerous, but also very interesting. As she rejoices over Curie enjoying her new move and carefully tries to summon her passed-away Trainer a few times, she finds it even harder to believe that a Nucleon posses a real threat... Curie's looking so smol and dear after all! <3

She carefully packs the used TM away to the other used TM-disks (she's keeping those), and carefully catches Curie's attention. "You're enjoying it, do you? Very happy about that! *cute smile* ...*cough* Well, ehm, it's about time for you to return to your Pokeball for some rest then, as I need to go out and don't wish to leave you alone here, alright? Later at night I'll let you out again, promise!" As she rummages for Curie's Ball, she draws another small item from her stuff and places it in front of her special Eeveelution. It's...

...the Soothe Bell she acquired sometime during her journey. "Will you allow me to attach this little pretty bell to your knitted scarf, Curie? Or do you prefer to keep a hold of your beautiful Nuclear Gem? It'll make a sweet low chimming sound whenever you take a step! So, what shall it be...?" (Aka, what does Curie prefer to hold? Or how does holding the two Items in turns sound to her)

Now, while Shiva's at it already... While having packed away the disk of Safeguard she noticed that she's still having various not-yet-used TMs on her from the adventure down the Underground Lab of Garlicburg. That means...
...a TM Give-Out!!

Details and given out moves in a roleplaying manner with lots of color-coding

First up is Pangoro, he is presented a brightly orange  and a darkish grey  disk. "These disks will enable you to learn how to taunt a mean foe into attacking as well as how to punch 'em with a fierly fist - Doesn't that sound cool? ( ÒωÓ)و☆"
Taunt is a Lv.65-Move on Pangoro, Fire Punch a ?-Move on Pancham. Now he knows all three Elemetal Punches!

Next is Delphox, the furry mage is presented a disk held in a the color of a shining sunset . "This is for you, my dear... I value our meeting and your loyalty since then a lot ❤. Via the move coded on this disk, you'll be able to blaze up the sky, to empower your own and your ally's inner fire!"
Sunny Day is a Lv.55-Move on Delphox.

Following is Primal Espeon, Shiva's ancient Eeveelution is presented a not-too-sugary-pink disk . His eyes grow wide and his tail twitches as he sniffs on the disk! "Haha, have you anticipated that, my dear one? Well, this move will let you channel your psychic powers into a blast strong enough to give your foe serious headaches... Very useful once you'll evolve a third and final time! I'm not quite ready to let you evolve just now however, I'm sorry... Please be patient, the wait will be worth it, promise!"
Psychic is a Lv.37-Move on Espeon, and a necessary STAB-Move (since Future Sight takes some time to hit)

Now it's Purrloin's turn, the proud feline from 1005AD meows at Shiva and instantly claws the sugary-pink disk  she's presented. Shiva has to pull it back to prevents scratches on it. "Oh, careful there, my dear! Not that we'll get read-fault-errors... But I see you'll indeed like what's coded here, haha! (◕‿◕) It's a move that's playful and kind on first and mischievous and sly on the second glance - fits you greatly, doesn't it?~"
Play Rough is a Lv.49-Move on Purrloin. Take that, other Dark and Fighting Types!

Out of the next tossed Ball comes Lilith. Shiva gives her a greeting bow and places a disk colored in a liteght shade of green in her hands. The important and faithful Psychic-Partner of hers gracefully return the bow as a thanks. "A gift to you, my dear one. It'll concentrate your inner telekinetic skills into a brightly-colored beam of light, flashy enough to mess with the opponent's mind. Treasure it well, as it's a somewhat rare move..."
Signal Beam is a ?-Move on Gothi's pre-evolutions.

Whimsicott ends up summoning herself just a second before Shiva summoned her, snatching the grass-green disk  from her caretaker's and owner's prepared hands. Shiva chuckles over her Starter's sly and joyous expression and can't help but to pull her fluffball into a fond hug. "Indeed, you're getting another gift, my dear and lovely one!~ This gift will let you soak your fluff with sunlight, which you'll THEN fire right into the foe's face!~~"
Solar Beam is a Lv.46-Move exclusive on Cottonee. I don't have enough XP to teach it to her via level-up.

Showing up now is Chi, the smol dragonfairy yawns and then timidly sniffs at the blue and orange disk  offered by Shiva. Her heart threathens to melt as the adorable Luxi excitingly squeals and wags her big jade-tail. "You'll certainly like this move indeed, my dear! It'll go along nicely with your Focus Energy Move as it'll further boost you via the display of a beautiful and mystical dance!"
Dragon Dance is a Lv.48-Move on Luxi.

Making a loooong wiggle out of his Ball then is Furret, he curls around and eagerly paws the presented metal-colored disk . "Indeed, you'll learn ANOTHER move via technology, my dear! (Since Furret already learns CUT, ROCKSMASH and SURF) This one makes use of your loooong tail - and body - and lets you have a suprise-ace up your sleeve against nasty Rock Types or vile fairies that aim to mess with you!"
Iron Tail is a ?-Move exclusively on Furret.

Displaying a somersault upon being summoned next is Vaporeon, upon being shown a clear blue disk  an obvious I'm-Up-To-No-Good-smile form on the waterly Eeveelutions face. Shiva mirrors it. "I see you'll indeed love the move I selected for you, my dear, hehehe!~ This one lets you catch mean foes in a chilling gust of wind, efficiently slowing the down too (･ω<)☆! I was thinking this'll fit your playful, mischivous and almost fae-like nature rather well.
Icy Wind is a ?-Move exclusive on Vaporeon.

The pleasently chill atmosphere remains as Alolan Vulpix makes her appearance, timidly she sniffs and then licks the offered white disk . "Don't be shy now, my dear one... A unique and beauuutiful Pokemon like you kinda does deserve a move that makes use of their good looks, now don't you?❤ Similar to your Baby-Doll Eyes, the move coded on this disk lets you charm the foe into not using full force upon attacking you - but only the male ones, but then again it entices them much more effectively, hehehe!~"
Captivate is a rare TM and Move as well as a Lv.47-Move on Alolan Vulpix.

Reaching Comite, the special 'Mon from (assumingly) space curiously watches Shiva drawing and presenting a tan-colored disk  to them. Their one eye flashes once in eagerness as Shiva starts to explain: "It's a gift to you, my dear! This disk is what's commonly called a TM, and by connecting it to you while you're resting peacefully in a PC Box of mine you'll learn a new move, just like that! Pretty cool, isn't it? ( ÒωÓ)و☆ The move I've picked for you can be seen as an upgrade of your Rock Throw Move - same technique, but uses MUCH MORE rocks!~"
Rock Slide is an exclusive TM-Move on Comite.

And finally appearing on stage is Azu, she draws a shining 50$Poke from behind Shiva's ear upon accepting a disk colored like a blue sky . Shiva probably will never get tired of seeing her sweet fae-rabbit's magic tricks. "So much time has passed since we met, hasn't it? o(TωTo) I still remember you as a tiny tiny Azurill... And today I've got something to you that may wind up memories within you too!~ Via this disk you'll be able to make use of a move that only the Azurill you once were could learn naturally - it lets you bounce up hiiiiiiiigh then slam into the opponent eith full force upon falling - quite a unique and rare move, please accept it!"
Bounce is a Lv.23-Move exclusive on Azurill, and one I think fits Azu very well.
