Help game shuts down

Hey mods! im having bit of trouble on Uranium. Sometimes game shuts down/crashes whenever im in battle/trade, leveling up my pokemon party or outside switching Pokemon team party etc. It does reset back but i lose all given progress. Im having game on windows & im on version 1.2.4. (after last years christmas patch). Can u give advice how to fix it if possible? Game ID = same as here. Please Pm any advice/info on how to fix or atleast avoid game crashes!
