Another explosion of sand, dirt, and rock that catches Kee in it follows as Hippowdon is startled by the noise, leaving the sand hippo floundering on the ground in an attempt to right itself! (ever seen what happens when you use a Sonic Bomb on a burrowing monster in Monster Hunter?  That's the kind of image I'm going for here)

This vulnerability is the perfect opportunity for everyone else to pummel it with attacks!

Pyra and Kee recover 1 HP from Life Dew

Marcus breathes a sigh of relief when the large pokemon is defeated, then smiles.



"Well, that's that!  You guys did a great job!  I knew asking you all to help me out was the right call!"

Everyone gets 4 exp for defeating Hippowdon.



"So, what's the plan now, Kee?  I believe you said we're hunting for items next, right?  I wouldn't mind getting in a little training with the wild pokemon myself while we're here, but it's your call."

Pyra dusts herself off as the Hippowdon was thoroughly cowed, a viscous and wicked grin painting her face as she watched in quickly burrowed away like the devil itself was coming to get him. It was extremely satisfying for the brimstone imp to be responsible for the 'killing blow' upon that great big sand beast, given its spirited attempts to make her life a living hell in their brief meeting, and made her feel that much more a helpful and good part of her team. Life was a bit of a mess for her, but it was moments like this that made everything feel so right.

Now if only she could've draw blood and torn out its guts for its sheer rude impudence, but alas such punitive reprisals are out of her reach for now. 

Other than that, the only other thing to note about the battle was the little scare the fiery demoness' had at Kee's sonic Clash with the rudest hippo. Such explosiveness was quite rattling to experience, but it only take a few seconds for it to become captivating instead. Ah, ah, such destructive power, what amazing blowback and devastation! Oh how she wishes that she could repliacte such a feat all by herself!

After the battle Pyra was in such a good mood that she was feeling frisky and playful, and so when Marcus congratulated everyone she could hardly help herself to a quick cuddle hug with the bone craftsmon!

"Mm, indeed we have-did, Marcus the Great~ Glad for your request to us now, yes, for it is most liberating to destroy those that wish to make fools of themselves by going against us and make them cow. Hopefully we'll get the chance, to do this and much more-worse again and again and again, he he he~"

What the party does will be left to Kee, as he's the defacto Leader and I don't want to overcomplicate his decision making (or make it take too long), so I'm ready to move on bar some friendly roleplaying!
