While the others talking about what to do with Salandit and Pyra waiting for his return Kogeki quick return to the others with stealth skills and give his report to problably Pyra (if she is with the others since she said it would inform the others about Kogeki scout ahead). "I back. There is nothing ahead. Only a dead end. I also didnt find the location of the attacker."

"No items. No footprints. No strage noises. Whatever attack Salandit it vanish. I have a few theories."

1 - The guy have stealth even sharpier than mine. He problably attacked Salandit and take his opportunity to run away when we came. His main target was problably only Salandit and didnt desire to fight us.

2- He is problably a Ghost-type with a ability to pass though walls. He problably did that to have a big escape.

3 - He use some sort of secret passage. Thats another possibility but I didnt find any door or mechanism to open a secret passage. And I dont think we should try find it since we would loose some precious time.

"And that end both my reports and theories." Kogeki once again cross his arms.

Yeap, Pyra would be with the others by that point, so he'd be giving the report to everyone (practically speaking) after she explained to them that he went on ahead to scout out that path and its threats. The she demon was both highly curious and confused with the news, tilting her head this way and that and trying to parse out how it all happened.

".....Whatever reason and answer it might be, we can not divine it yet, no. More information, some clues must be found, before any truth may from this tangle-mystery be unwound. Strange and worrisome, it is indeed...."

If nobody else has anything to say/guess about this whole now enigmatic occurrence, then Pyra would be ready to move on at Kee's command! Now that the group knows that way is a dead end, they must make double time towards the path that leads to the Secret Mines!
