Hoopa shakes their head and shrugs.  "Sorry buddy, but no can do.  Can't close my portals if there's something only partially in them.  Plus, I barely even have enough power right now to do a little trick like that, so forget being able to send anyone or anything anywhere else.  That's why I gotta train up.  I can't get my revenge if I'm not even all that strong!"

"Revenge?  Wait, someone actually did this to you intentionally?"

"Yup!  And whenever I find out who did that to me, I'm going to wallop them so hard they're going to be sent to next week in another universe!"

Marcus looks very confused by that statement.

"Uh...okay...well, I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm ready to get a move on."
