[Game Thread] Pokerole Mystery Dungeon: Primal Shadows

Kee directs everyone to dip into the side tunnel to try and hide, the approaching sound getting louder all the while.  Hoopa follows grudgingly.

*chachunk chachunk chachunk chachunk*

Kee readies the Gravelerock to throw as soon as the target comes into view...

...but Hoopa suddenly appears out of a portal in the middle of the corridor right as the wild pokemon (one larger, 4 smaller, all rolling on the rails) arrive and come to a screeching halt on the tracks.  Rather than describe them further, I'll just drop some pictures here.

The Wild Pokemon

"Oh, so you're the ones making all that racket!  Well, so sorry, but my new friends and I are going to have to KO you now to further our combat experience!~  Hehehehehe!"

"What?!  Intruders in our mine?!  Rolycoly, roll out, and find and remove the threats!  The annoying one's mine!  Do not let them steal our coal!"

"Yes, Carkol sir!  Alright, everyone, you heard the boss!  Let's get searchin'!"

Seeing that the dim lighting from the hot coals on Carkol's back(?) is slightly illuminating the corridor where everyone is hiding, Kee strikes first, throwing his Gravelerock at the leader before the Rolycoly notice where they are!

The four Rolycoly are currently blocking the entrance to the side tunnel.  At least one of them will need to be KOed and/or moved before Carkol can be attacked by characters other than Hoopa.

On Rails Round 1

The ever-energetic demoness smile lessened at Kee's directive, almost to the pout of her starting to pout, but never the less she followed through with it, giving him a firm nod before getting into position. She didn't agree with his caution, but he was her Leader and (much more importantly) one of her beloved friends, and so she'd faithfully do as he requested. If nothing else, his concerns and methods were maximizing the group's safety, which is something she could ALWAYS get behind!

Upon contact with the enemy (Whose appearance got a befuddled look out of her for a second), and them so helpfully and unambiguously announcing their lack of social grace and diplomacy, Pyra's expression morphed into one of savage delight. Oh goodie, some more foolish Pokemon she can punish and vent her grievances on! Sweeping her eyes around everyone and judging their reaction times, the brimstone quickly formulated a plan of action and promptly shared it with her friends.

"Big Coalmon blocked by it's Lump Coal Minions. Need to take one out to get to him. *Points at Rolycoly C* That one looks sluggish and dull, so everyone group out and get it out of the way, so that Marcus and Dax can help Hoopa extinguish Big Coalmon, oh please."

And without further delay Pyra launched herself forward at the specified Rolycoly, mouth stretched wide open in a most disturbing grin!
