Immediately as the djinn said 'warp over', Kee's head swivels to staaaaare at them now, his tail wagging faster. "Weeeeeell there Hoopa, ya may nat b'able to warp over - BUT ya 'float', you're nat 'specially bound to the ground like we are, are ya?~ Couldn't ya fly over the chasm, examinate that nice pink light in tha opening of the tunnel there a bit, then come back an' tell us what ya found out?~~"

"Well sure, I float, but in case you hadn't noticed, I don't exactly float very high off of the ground.  I'm not one of those fancy birds or Levitating masters that I used to be able to summon on a whim.  Oh, how I wish I could do what they could at times.  It would be so wonderful!~  No more plummeting into bottomless chasms, never to be heard from again!~  But then I remember that using my rings to appear anywhere I like is much, much faster and significantly better at catching the unaware off guard, and my envy all but vanishes in the exact same amount of time it would take to get to where I want to go!~"
