@Spiritmon, I just finished the main story this weekend! 
Now to decide what I want to do next... resume massive breeding, focus on training a competitive team, play around with the Pokeradar, or go hunt down the last few Pokemon I need to finish the dex.
@RayquazaLord, do get back into it when you can. The story was great... I won't say anything else for spoilers, but it's well worth continuing.
