Kogeki walks over to the stand being run by the weird looking pokemon with the red V on their head.  He's very quickly greeted by the rather loud Victini.

"Ta-daaaaaaa!  Welcome to Victini's V-Wheeeeeeeeel!  Spin the wheel, change your luck!  Tilt the odds in your favor!  Are you treasure hunting?  Wishing you could grow a little more quickly?  Having a hard time getting bargains at the Kecleon Shops in Mystery Dungeons?  With my wonderful wheel, you can completely change your luck for an entire day by manipulating the mysterious V-Waves!  One free spin per customer, and better odds for paying ones!"

He holds out two fingers in a V shape and grins.  Seems to be a signature pose of some kind.

Kogeki then look at the wheel and then Victini. "How this works exatcly? Is just spin the wheel and then what kind of reward I should expect if I luck enough?
