Documenting my process of learning digital drawing
#16
Update as of 22th April '23

Upgraded my Clip Studio Paint Version to V2.0.2. Had to pay a small fee as my pervious lisence of V1 isn't compatible with V2, but there was a massive discount for owners of a V1-lisence, so I didn't really mind. I haven't gotten to actually try out some of the new features V2 provides, but one of them is a shading help that (apperantly and if I got that right) automatically applies the shading on a flat color drawing - This sounds highly useful for me especially, as at times I still struggle to determine where exactly the shadows go without a proper reference.

Here's a Lunapup I quick-drew lately for a sticker to be used in the Pokemon Flux discord server:
Once again I TRIED to emulate Ken Sugimori's style of shading - I don't know how well I did or didn't succeed, but I nevertheless enjoy to apply that.

And some lovely nekos I found as a custom brush!~ Played around to add sort of a simple but colorful background.
