Notes: All affected heal 1 HP at the end of each Round for 4 Rounds

A rather gravelly chuckle comes from Rolycoly as well.

Karen facepalms when Ponyta's attack is absorbed by Flash Fire. As for when everyone is having a laugh at Axel's expense, Karen is too focused on removing him from the situation to join in on the laughing.

(OOC: you can take your time on this until getting the other fights started. Just wanted to get the reactions up before I forgot.)

Having been somewhat humiliated, Axel decides to strike hard and fast!

Having been thrown off balance by the attack she took earlier, Mudbray's kicks go wide.

Axel's panting at this point, barely managing to keep ahold of the valuable Teleport Gem.  "So...think you're tough, huh?  Well...I'm tough too, nya!"

Axel lunges at Ponyta next, trying to throw them off balance!

Despite being paralyzed, Axel manages to dodge nimbly out of the way.

"Nu uh!  It's mine now!  And ya know what?  I'm done playing with you.  Time for me to leave!"

Blitzle seems to be waiting for something...

Axel reaches into his pouch again and pulls out an Escape Orb this time!  As he tries to use it though, Blitzle suddenly barrels towards the thief!

Axel drops the Teleport Gem!

"Nyaaaaaaaaa!"

There's a sudden flash of light as Axel teleports away, leaving the Teleport Gem on the ground where he'd been standing moments before.  Blitzle picks it up and brings it over to Karen.

"When it really counts, I don't miss.  Here, take it."

Xatu nods in approval.  "Well done.  Now, use the gem when you feel you're ready, Karen.  Your friends need your help.  It will take both you and Rolycoly to their side near instantaneously.  Be prepared to help them.  Unfortunately, Team Gallop will have to stay behind.  I only had enough power to create a gem that could teleport two pokemon simultaneously."

Ponyta nods in understanding.  "That's fine.  We'll head back to the guild and report on what happened here."

Mudbray nudges Karen encouragingly.  "Good luck out there.  Don't know what you're going to be doing or where you'll be, but you've our support."

Karen and Rolycoly get 10 exp for finding Xatu and getting the Teleport Gem back from Axel.
