Okaaay, time to answer some questions real quickly~
Phantom: The Score, once calculated, will be known to you. Can't very well make it lower (or higher, you mad person!) if you don't have the critical piece of info during PC Creation!

Dragonstrike and Spirit: It has been roughly 40 - 50 years since the Deoxys Catastrophe ; long enough for a few generations to go by, populatiosn to grow, opinions of culture to develop and become set in stone, etc..
I was going to save this detail for later, but I might as well tell you know/make it explicit: This campaign follows an AU of Skull Ruins. Events that happened in OUR version of the campaign might not necessarily happen the same way in WLs' version, or even at all, while several things happened that are responsible for the PokeWorld being in a much more.....volatile position. The biggest and most obvious example is of the Scimitars - in Iron's campaign they were mostly self interested villians that still wanted to 'help' save Cheshire; in WLs, they carried over much the same attitude....but they were actually ended up more/justified RIGHT in their beliefs and way they handled they actions for the most part, along with actually pulling off more feats and Events that DID help preserve Cheshire during that Time Period and ended up saving it. They're 'Ends Justifying The Means' policy and general Anti-Heroic + Anti-Villianous behavior basically made them People Non Granta in Cheshire, however, forcing them to flee or face persecution. Tech and Magic-wise they were a LOT more developed and capable too, and that has only grown more so since the years have gone on since 'The Deoxys Crisis' and their establishment within Sutalor....
The general overview of this will be provided later, or if someone ACTUALLY wants to play as one!
