...Soon, as in 'not now/yet'. Because for now, having ended up up here and being perched on the edge of oblivion already, Bernhard will simply enjoy and make the most of the situation. It's pleasantly quiet and - most importantly - secluded up here, after all. And nicely invigorating, it was a pleasure to have a mild and comforting breeze run through their semi-length black hair indeed. The lack of permission of being ripped away from work and the comfort of their room/lab DID bother 'em, but there's not much sense in being upset for long over things they could not control.

Eventually, it's something he - somewhat begrudging, admittedly - has gotten used to. "Questions I have no answer to, either. Questions I'd rather not ponder over now, bar risking meeting to ground FAR below in a way I'd prefer to avoid." Keeping his gaze fixated on something and nothing in the distance, he absent-mindedly scratches her under her chin a little, which in Bernhard's terms is a BIG display of affection already - they may appear serious and cold-hearted towards others, showing little to no emotion on the outside, but being up here with solely the company of [partner-Pokemon] and those two 'Mon he has grown used to use for his Magic; Bernhard felt like he can afford to taw up just a little.


Speaking about those two 'Mon - "Here, have a hold of this - how did you put it, 'Astral Stone'? - for a little. Take a decent and firm hold of it please. If we're being dragged into arcane things without our consent now already, might as well make good use of the opportunity." Said stylus-shaped Astral Stone is given to her tiny paws, while Bernhard himself plucks a Dusk Ball, and with a flash of darkness a Pokemon is summoned to the scene:

...It's a little kitsune, who blinks in mild suprise over being summoned directly instead of having her powers channeled through the Gauntlet like usually. As she spreads her six tails, the sun comes out from behind a cloud in an almost blindingly-bright manner, and one could feel the temperature around increasing in an imperceptible manner. She looks pleased over herself, and patiently awaits her Master's inquiry.

"Greetings, Myra. Wondering why I summoned you, I'd guess? ...You'll see, but at first..."

Action: Check the nearby area for any drones, security cameras or anythingelse that may make it even faintly unwise or unsafe to lift the Invisible Spell. Once spotted, destroy said means of recording with a channeled Flame Burst from Myra.

Your fluffy partner let's out a giggle at your grousing, not at all deterred by it or the front you put up for others (She knows you best, after all, and what a big softy actually are~), leaning into your touch and letting out a contented *Hmm*

"Oh pish 'n poss, paint'n pots! S'not like ya can't get up and down in a jiff jiff, 'Erni ! If not, I'm always 'ere to catch ya *Pumps a paw-fist!* "

She easily accept the arcane Item, still puzzling over it with an artist' critquing eye, tilting it this way and that as she tries to get an angle both real and metaphorical on the thing. The Stone seems to resonate with her for a second before it settled down - something you noticed but not her, strangely enough.

To add onto the scene of Myra - she also cocks her head inquisitively at her Master and, from what your Insightfulness could pick up, too wants a little affection like what you're giving to your Partner.

You manage to find one forlorn security camera overlooking the door to the roof and one perched over a ladder to an antenne, and with a whimsical flick of your wrist you set your fiery kit upon them, a task she relishes as she melts them into slag! You probably want to make a getaway sooner rather than later, since if anyone was watching them or had a Alert System you'd almost certainly triggered them by now, but you feel from experience you have time for one last moment before you had to get-gone.
