Deciding to soften up Meinshao for one big blow in linue of a barrage of attacks, Glommena prepares to scream his lungs out. Meanwhile, the kung-fo mammal decides to crush them under a pile of rocks!

...If Glommena and you didn't opt to Hold Their Action until they Land; you ain't that headstrong about Combat!
(Just this once I'll cover for you here, but be more mindful of what Moves your Opponent has and make plans to Counter them accordingly. If I didn't, you'd have automatically Missed the Poison Tail and Triggered a Fortune Roll, which would have probably ended....poorly, while Mein would have gotten a free SE Hit)

What goes up must inevitably return to the earth, and the martial Fighter faithfully follows this old saying as they barrel straight towards your whirly Buggy!

(4) The furred warrior barely manages to keep their lunch in, but both they and their trainer know it won't be so lucky next time....

The Salior, seeing how miserable his Mon is after royally making a fool of itself and getting Badly Poisoned for their troubles, as well as knowing that  the chances of clutching victory were too slim for either of their like, decides to call it there.

"Alright, that's enough! I give! Proved your not some soft pansy and worth...and I ain't fucking around with Poison. Here!"

The man tosses you something - a Bag of 2 Sitrus Berries, as well as The Sailor's Number!

With that said he gives his Meinshao a Pecha to treat their Poisoning and returns to his post with his partner, where a bunch of sailors were hooting at your upset and jeering good naturally at their fellow man at sea. Already, you can see the Meinshao heal up right before your eyes - Regenerator sure is some strong BS, but convenient for a life of hard work!

You won! 5 + 2 XP for You, Glommena, and Galv - the extra due to some particularly good Fortune going your way!

Before you could properly celebrate you victory you feel a *Bap!* impact your head! Turning around, you see your Mentor Aaron, looking a bit irate as they shook their cane at you!

"There you are, and there you go! That'll teach you for disappearing on me without word - almost think I lost you entirely to this land already! At least you won that battle against that burly sailor, or otherwise I'd have more choice words! Now why did you go off on your own, ya lil' scamp?"

At that moment you could feel your Gemstone pulse a bit, and a tangible tugging force was suddenly pushing/pulling deeper into the city. Towards something. What, you can't know for certain....but you have a good feeling what it is all about. Question is, do you want to follow it?

Darren uses all but 4 to increase knowledge to 2!
Galvantula uses all 9 to learn Thunder Wave, and levels up!
