*Shrugs* Nothing is stopping you from having Mercy on Florge, either catching them and/or putting out the fire with Scald (they're already Burnt, so paradoxically it'd put her out no problem - still hurt tho) and leaving, giving your Patron the Cutieflie as the Offering instead. The Patron would be far more impressed and generous with getting Florges, but they never specified a particular Target. It's also the fairly cruel option, but...well, what do you owe to a Florge anyway? That, and a happier/more satisfied Patron, the more leeway and Boons you get too... no easy option unless you want your PC to go down amorality path. In which case, they'd become the Ven of the campaign - which is...well! We'd have to wait and see, eh?

Maybe I should have read this before starting to type but I don't regret my choice. Is this the start of his evil arc? Probably not but in his eyes she was unsavable.

I'll instead use this post to complain about my own decisions with the horse. Not investing into dex before realizing most physical moves use exactly that lol.

Evil? Who knows? For now, he's just a very loyal devotee to his Patron, eager to overachieve if it means accomplishing his life's goals and staying on Her good side. Which, consider who the Patron is, it could be argued any Evil action is justified not to EVER end up in Her Disfavor, or worse, irritate or bore them....

In all seriousness, I don't really care if you make morally ambigious or even outright EVIL PCs, so long as your Actions don't negatively impact other Players without their Permission or they (other Players and their PCs) do something that 'justifies' messing with them or retaliation. Given that this Event happened in a pocket dimension FAR away from anyone else that could judge you poorly....yeah, you're getting away with only the dirty feeling (if any) of ruthlessly pleasing your Patron.
