The Native woman was silent for a short yet seemingly long moment...

"....I Judge you thus: You Are Worthy of Your Mission and Quest. Worthy to Attempt to Learn the Secret-Plain Truths of the Lands, the Primal Ancients, the Star Servants, and More. Worthy of Much Indeed. This Novice Ashmuut Shall Join You in Your Quest-Mission, Seddi M. Entary."

Thus it was said, thus it was Promised.

Iron Leaves held their Stare for a moment longer, before giving them a nod and leaping off the rock, landing neatly and gently by your side. Ever by your side, and ever supportive. Ever ever, ever more...
"Mmm hmm hmm....fascinating, oh so very wonderful to Witness!

"Glad we have your approval.  We could definitely use the help of someone who knows this land and its inhabitants well."

The revealed 'Mon being Iron Leaves of all creatures surely is something Bernhard would nor could have guessed, yes you may color him impressed as he keeps close and unflinching eye contact with the summoned creature. Though all of what's displayed of that feeling on the outside is a raised eyebrow and a mild frown, and Bern cannot help but to wonder whether Seddi is able to keep that strong and majestic creature properly leashed and commanded. "A powerful and awes-inspiring companion that you have there, one that no doubt shall be helpful on our...'mission' and journey. I take you know how to handle such a paradox creature - more so if you're here in Sutalör to research them -, or least I genuinely hope you do, for you and for ALL of us."

Instantaneously, a wave of vibrant, radiant Grassy Energy surged forth from the impact, spreading all throughout the clearing. Swiftly patches of Tall Grass sprouted up, wild flowers of all kinds and Strange glowing fuchsia ones grew in a frenzy of activity, and the very trees seemed to vibrate with renewed vigor and growth as they swayed to Her beat. A fresh, floral scent enveloped the clearing, and a sense of Vitality entered all that were Grounded.

Hmm... Is it possible for Bernhard to collect some of these strange glowing fuchsia wild flowers for usage in Alchemy later on? Dunno whether they may be of good usage for sooner or later craftings and creations. Or as a measure of courting/gifting some to you-know-who. Zephy can help is she wishes to, rendered invisible though - for now.

"You have no need to worry about me being able to handle Leaves.  She came to me, not the other way around.  Our bond was forged through battle, and it'll be tested by this journey.  A journey spurred on by her visit from a possible future.  A future that we hope to make better, in whatever ways we can manage."

Seddi's words are laced with confidence, a sureness of footing.  But also an awareness.  He knows how much power he and Iron Leaves are wielding.  How important this journey is.

And how important it is for them to not draw too much unnecessary attention to themselves.

For once though, Seddi's keeping it short.  He doesn't need to say any more on that matter.

He does have something to briefly say about the flowers if he catches Bernhard looking at them curiously, though.

"You can pick the flowers if you like.  Not sure how many of their properties they'll retain once Leaves stops concentrating on generating the Verdant Terrain, but it's all actual plant growth.  At the very least, they're very pretty flowers."

After having a little chuckle at the 'sand crawler's shenanigans he stares intently at Leaves' appearance, standing his ground. He remembers *her* first time showing herself, these guys sure know how to put on a show.
Noticing that this is indeed the first *powerful* creature in recent times that wasn't intent on attacking him he relaxes a bit.

''Heh, good job my guy. Getting someone that powerful to listen to you takes a lot of work.'' (subtle glance back at the backpack) ''Whoever sent us here sure made a good choice with ya.''

"The choice was mostly my own.  I didn't have to come out here, nor did I have to accept Leaves's offer to test me.  But here we are, ready to face whatever may come as a team.  This is a path of our own making, the result of our own Truths, Ideals, and Will.  Power means very little without those if you ask me."

"Majestic! Such beauty and grace. Imagine how fast she must be!"

But Vernon is sure to pet Turtwig to ensure he doesn't get jealous.

"She's fast all right.  Blink and you'll miss her moving up to her target to cut them down where they stand.  Trust me when I say those leaves on her neck are a lot sharper than they look at first glance."

Oz, towards Seddi Pokemon was pretty impressed. Even from here, she can felt how strong Iron Leaves is. It was incredible how strong that Pokemon is.

So that's the power of a Paradox Pokemon...?

"THATS SO FREAKING COOL!" She shout, almost out of her control with eyes sparkling anime style. She blush in embarrassment by shouting and then try to try to be cool. "I-I-I mean...that's really cool Pokemon! Honestly hahaha ha...."

She then cough and pointing at Seddi. "Now I really curious to see the strength of those Paradox Pokemon in action. How about a Pokemon battle you and I? It's been a while since my Pokemons had one, and I think fighting those cool Pokemon would be a nice experience both for them and those mons of yours!"

Oz's initial reaction actually gets a chuckle out of Seddi.  "Ha!  You haven't seen anything yet.  This is only a small part of Leaves' power.  At her full strength, she can grow entire trees on a whim.  It's not somethin' she can do all the time though.  This is all she can manage on her own on short notice for now, but I can guarantee it's still plenty potent."

And then Oz challenged him to a battle.

Well then.

Seddi raises an eyebrow.  "Well, that's certainly an interesting proposition ya got there.  I'd be more than happy to accept your challenge, but I do need to be gettin' to the embassy building soon.  Need to be meeting back up with the Professor and gettin' those papers, and I'm already starting to run a little late as is.  I also only have half of my regular team with me right now.  Fighting me now means you might be scrappin' with some of the more powerful pokemon I've got on hand.  And trust me when I say they're strong.  If you really feel like challenging yourself though, we can discuss this later."

Sounds like Seddi's trying to wrap this up so everyone can get going and attend to whatever business they have to.  He was definitely getting the impression that Bernhard and Vernon are ready to get back on the move.

As a part of that wrap-up, Seddi will detail some of his immediate and long term plans with the Professor.

"Dunno how many of us have Rotom Phones or similar, but we should all exchange contact information so we can stay in touch.  I'd also recommend everyone keep good track of those gemstones.  I reckon they'll probably be good proof that we do in fact know each other.  Should be handy if and when I introduce any of y'all to the Professor in person, for example.  I'll likely be helping her establish a base of operations first and foremost.  She's got a few research projects of her own to work on while I'm off adventuring, and the sooner she can complete them, the better prepared we probably will be for this future calamity.  If any of y'all want to come with me on my travels, you're welcome to.  Been awhile since I've had human company on the road, to be honest.  Could be a nice change of pace."
