Presumably you share how many partners you have, as well as the fact that one of them is a Pseduo, as is required by Standard League Regulations if you're potentially going to involve them in a Sanctioned Battle ('Cause of the whole ' 1 Pseudo = 3 Regular Pokemon Rule when it comes to most Standard Matches). This would actually cause the Swimmer to give you a doubletake, as if they couldn't believe what they're hearing.

Well, they didn't demand the '3v1 Pseudo' Rule in place nor confirmed you have a Pseudo you could use in the Fight, so legally you could get away with fielding a Pseudo + 2 other Mons without getting in trouble for it (And when you do Commit Mons, be sure to list which ones they are so I can Start the Grand Melee ASAP!). A bit scummy to do so, but they weren't exactly acting the best themselves either. Hmm...decisions decisions.
