The groove meister would give you direction to the East Trainer Park, and you’d find the much the same way as Oz - enjoying some music on his head phones, though this instance he’s also playing the air guitar!

“Ba ba, chica bonk bonk, woo!”

He doesn’t notice your approach- perfect opportunity for a stylish surprise greeting of your own!

(Note: If you only want to talk to Dodger, it won’t take a Encounter. You can also stick around to watch Oz battle in secret, or try to find a Battle yourself here!)

Seddi will lean up against a nearby tree before calling out to Dodger.  If he hasn't noticed Seddi enter the area, then it would be as if he appeared out of nowhere again!

"So, the dandy man can groove too?  You're certainly a man of many talents, aren't ya?"

By Seddi's side once more is his Ceruledge, cool as a cucumber yet burning hot enough to stare daggers through a thick Steel plate!  A rather stark contrast compared to the friendly smile Seddi's wearing.

"Pleasure to see ya again, Dodger.  You seem to be in a good mood.  Got lucky last night, eh?"

Seddi is referring to the 'date' that Dodger mentioned, of course.  A little lighthearted banter to break the ice never hurts!
