The groove meister would give you direction to the East Trainer Park, and you’d find the much the same way as Oz - enjoying some music on his head phones, though this instance he’s also playing the air guitar!

He doesn’t notice your approach- perfect opportunity for a stylish surprise greeting of your own!

(Note: If you only want to talk to Dodger, it won’t take a Encounter. You can also stick around to watch Oz battle in secret, or try to find a Battle yourself here!)

Seddi will lean up against a nearby tree before calling out to Dodger.  If he hasn't noticed Seddi enter the area, then it would be as if he appeared out of nowhere again!

"So, the dandy man can groove too?  You're certainly a man of many talents, aren't ya?"

By Seddi's side once more is his Ceruledge, cool as a cucumber yet burning hot enough to stare daggers through a thick Steel plate!  A rather stark contrast compared to the friendly smile Seddi's wearing.

"Pleasure to see ya again, Dodger.  You seem to be in a good mood.  Got lucky last night, eh?"

Seddi is referring to the 'date' that Dodger mentioned, of course.  A little lighthearted banter to break the ice never hurts!

The Dandy Man indeed didn’t notice you, so when you called out he sharply turned towards you, surprised, before letting out a loud guffaw!

“HAH! Popping again on me, I see! Keep doing that and I’m going to start thinking you’re part Ghost and Shadow Sneak, like ya burning bladed sheela with ya!”

He gives Ceruledge a courteous nod and a smirk , not at all phased by her attitude. If anything he finds it’s it thrilling! This…baffles your Bitter Sword, though she doesn’t show it. A bit annoyed too - this man DARES to be so casual with her? *Crosses Arms* Hmpt!

Anyhow, Dodger answer you question with a million watt grin, telling you all you need to know.

“Heh heh, right and Lock On, mate! Got a tango with a FINE lady in a bit. She’s shy, but once I put a Fire in her she Blazed it and left a searing First Impression, heh!”

”Eh, but nuff ‘bout me - what got ya to meet with me ‘gain so soon? Thought you’d be plenty busy sightseeing and prepping for those jobs of yours!”
