While walking around the Sports District, you see a young lady in a school girls outfit standing in front of what looks to be a Swimming Center, shouting at the top of her lungs into a megaphone:

"EVERYONE, ONE AND ALL! WE'RE HOSTING PRELIMS FOR AMATUR LEAGUE SWIMMING COMPETITION! COME SEE THE BEST POKEMON AND MAN HAS TO OFFER AS THEY COMPETE FOR THE BEST TIMES! AND, FOR A BRAVE FEW, YOU TOO CAN BE A PART OF THE COMPETITION!! JOIN US NOW!!!"

...And sneaking up off to her side are a Pair of Punks, each carrying a buckets filled with....something, the devious looks of humor on their face telling nothing good....

He looks on without saying anything yet, whispering to the drake in his backpack while slowly walking up to the scene: ''Up for some sweet sweet justice Lani? Look at these guys over there trying to embarass that lady. How bout ya try and knock the buckets to spill onto them instead? I'm sure it'll be fun.''

Even if she didn't want to he had a plan B, but that'd be for later if it was needed.
