(...)With all that said, how would you go about making a Protective/Shielding Spell, based on what Bern Knows, What Ideas He and You Have, the Power you have on Hand, the Moves your Pokemon Knows, and ultimately how you think that Spell should Work and its Final Effect? 

Also, having a Name to Say while Casting a Spell makes it much easier and can make them stronger or 'come together' better: as a freebie, the Norse Rune-Word 'Algiz' means Protection, and can be used as is or as a part of a larger Name/Chant to make a spell 'More Protective.(...)

(*claps and rubs hands*  Ohooo, I sooo like what you shared there about Spell-Creation, me feels I'll have looots of fun creating and casting actual and real magic! And on a side note, thanks for making me want to re-watch SpaceDandy now due to all what you made with Nyan aka Meow!)


Hmm... With all that in mind, let's go for a bit of a different route: Instead of a Shielding/Protective Spell for the tossed objects, we'll try to alter the tossed object's trajectory mid-air so that it basically changes its path [ = What does it do to a Target] and therefor evades any Psycho Cut = no damage taken due to an altered trajectory [ = What is the Effect of the Spell] .It's not outright shielded anymore, but it is still somewhat protected from taking damage as it evaded in the last secound before it'd take harm.

That should be a lot more doable than a Shielding Spell, since Bernhard has 4 Dext + 2 in both Evade and Alert (you're fast, quick and attentive, my boi, all needed if you want to hit a flying object mid-air), has had enough practice channeling and making use of Zephy's Flight + GracefulLevitation skills, both Myra and Nirix know Quick Attack (doubles movement speed, and a quick reaction is needed if you want to cast a spell onto a flying object), while the latter has Agility too boost speed further.

Read: The object is still lowkey 'shielded' from taking damage, the route to achieve this is different though. Oh right and the word used to cast it: "Locomotor!" or "Loct!" if abbreviated.
