After (presumably) exchanging contact info with Randy and Sylvia, Seddi will head back outside to update Dodger on the situation.

"Should probably lock the building down even more tightly, Dodger.  There's an active magic circle in there, and it's got a hypnotic effect on anyone who focuses on it for too long.  Would have probably gotten me if it weren't for the folks accompanying me inside snappin' me out of that stupor.  Might have caused me to vanish too if they hadn't.  If you can get the teams at the other Centers on the same page, have them look for a pendant like this one at each location.  Found this one behind the main counter.  Varmints probably used these to start small before makin' their big move.  And while you're doin' that, I'm gonna go have a sit down and see if I can get some more magically adept help involved.  We might be findin' ourselves at a dead end sooner rather than later without some more suitably skilled individuals."

And with that, Seddi will find a bench somewhere and send a very short and blunt text to Bernhard, asking the question that's been on his mind the entire investigation.  Time to stop beating around the bush and figure out what's going on with that mage. (of course, what Seddi doesn't know is that Bernhard is out cold at this current time)

Bernhard, did you hear about what happened this morning?

Do Randy and Sylvia get on the Group Chat in time to catch Bernhard’s message?

Otherwise, what’s next for my pair is trying to find a treat (even through the lockdown I’m sure it can be accomplished) for Murkrow (and maybe a little something for Sylvia, who knows), and then trying to see if the Embassy is still open.

Seddi will cross his arms and frown at Sylvia's suggestion about using the circle as well.  "That's my workin' theory as well, given the magic all leads back to it.  Until we know how that circle works and where it might lead though, I wouldn't recommend tryin' anythin' with it.  You saw what it did to me and my 'mons.  Not pleasant, I can assure you."

He'll raise an eyebrow briefly after Sylvia's comment about him 'having that covered', but won't comment on it himself.  "I'll keep ya updated on what I find out.  Makes sense if you're gonna continue to assist with this matter."

I don't think Seddi would add Sylvia and Randy to the group chat quite yet.  Doesn't know enough about who they are and what they're doing yet, but he'll still be happy to stay in contact with them as an individual. And he's definitely the kind of guy you want to have on dial if you need a little help navigating the political side of this city right now
