Ah wait, what I meant earlier was that Oz could present the Idea In Game, and then Sedd gets a Roll to see if he has anything to add or change. I'm fine with Seddi being the one to propose the idea, but it's more IC for Oz to do it first since they're a trained medic of sorts.
