(Alright, let's start getting Seddi caught up now)

"Hopefully that Flutter doesn't give us much trouble.  I'm not exactly equipped to deal with it at the immediate moment if it does become a larger issue."

...and then a thought occurs to him.

"...now that I think about it though, there's a non-zero chance I'm gonna be wranglin' that critter tonight, whether I have a Steel type or not.  I can think of one very good reason why there might be a Paradox wanderin' around outside of its usual territory.  Might have Ianai to thank for that.  Might be the closest thing to a Wandering Hurricane that she can lure in.  Could be wrong and it's an entirely 'natural' phenomena, of course, but..."

After leaving that thought hanging, Seddi moves on to other topics.

"I'll let Akamu know.  Plannin' to meet up with him later for a little sword practice.  Ran into a Blademaster Kimono Girl at the bar last night, and she had an interestin' proposition for him since he expressed interest in learnin' how to use a fancy blade he'd found.  Even gave us her card."

It's not really related to their research, but he'll show Sada' the business card and the fancy sword emblem on it.  "Called her order the 'Blade Lineage'.  Very mysterious lady."

No further comment needed on the video update needed!  He fully expects that he might receive some questions from the group if Sada' is too busy to answer them herself.

As for the political talk...

"If the suits are gettin' antsy, best I get that contract signed soon to lock those plans in.  Should probably get goin' and knock on their door soon as I can."

Encounter 1:  Signing the contract to take down the GWH! (assuming it takes up an encounter slot.  Otherwise, I can think of something else to fill the time!)

Seddi makes his way to the relevant area of the governmental sector of the city.  If there's one place not completely shut down in this lockdown, it's going to be the offices of the guys trying to run everything smoothly.  He has no doubts that he's going to be walking into something chaotic and stressful, but everyone here is on a time limit, including him, darn it!  They want him to put his life on the line and bail their sorry asses out?  They're gonna have to stick to his schedule, however he can arrange it!

Somewhat deep in thought, maybe he wanders past a familiar looking Espeon wandering around the shared embassy grounds along the way...he's not looking for her though, so if she wants to talk, she's gonna have to start the conversation.

"*Closes eyes* I hope so too. *Sighs* ...The longer we stay in Sutalor, however, the more I realize it is not a land that favors peace or stability. And we've only been here for three days. Past and Future save us all..."

The rest of your musing doesn't get much of a response from the good doctor, though she does take a good look at the B.L. Card and says she'll do some Research on them when she gets the chance. Not something she normally would humor, but she has since learnt that when Strangeness and Unique things come in Sutalor, rarely do they simply bear tidings and leave well enough alone.

Plus, she wants to have your back, and part of that is making sure you're not going to be tangoing with some relatively Unown group without some intel on them!

Your commitment to Sign gets a Sigh of resignation-filled relief, a heavy burden place on their shoulders but the most important decision in awhile being made at long last. She gives you a single nod, her normally expressionless face briefly flashing some regret, before she departs abruptly to do whatever else that need to be straightened out with all the force and finesse she can muster (A lot) .

The Main Government Seat of Sutalor was indeed a mess. A grandiose, classical and neo technomagical designed work of art that spoke to the prosperity and Future minded vision that the heads of state have for their 'fair' land, but a mess was mess, no matter how it was dressed. A certain few friends and your Mentor taught you that lesson several times (always N+1 more than your liking)....

People is suits, robes, or odd but official garb, stuffy wigs or waxed on hairdos (and some bald), and mostly old people were racing back and forth furiously, most with either paper or Items in hand, trying to get where they needed to be to put out the latest fire that popped up since the last 5 minutes or so. You even spot a few running around screaming, driven to the breaking point of just needing to vent, as well as a few crouched in the middle of the floor sobbing or staring blankly (some with a few comforting them, some not) - and this was treated as completely normal and to be expected. 

Overall, things were not going...smoothly for the government, but they were still functioning, gosh darn it all!

It doesn't take long for you to get notice, and you were practically Teleported over to an office with a semi-bald man in a black and blue dress suit (thing of the Pointy Haired Boss from Dilbert, but with white hair and looking friendly but extremely nervous and sweaty) have a pen place into your hand and the Contract before you, ready for reveiw and to be signed.

"Ye-yes sir, here it is! Read it over once...once more to....confirm all the Terms and Conditions are truly acceptable, and then....*Sighs*....then Sign here. *Frowns apologetically. Truly Apologetic* ...I'm deeply sorry that we have...are rushing you to...put yourself and others on the line for our negligence thus far. We have had our hands tied, however - sending the Army would cause....problems and drive Bayhama into a state of further panic and emergency, and virtually no Bounty Hunters or Agents want to take on the God Wandering Hurricane without reprehensible costs being paid. Combine that with the Festival Preparations, this blasted new crisis, and reports of dangerous Pokemon - including Malefics Monstrum - and I am frankly surprised things have no gone to pot sooner."

Another heavy sigh comes from the old, weary man, as he wiped off some sweat from his brow before taking a deep breath and Steeling himself, looking you straight in the eye. That look on his face....it was just like La Primera's - Dedication to Protecting What is Fair and Right.

"....In light of your immense contributions and the danger you faced in getting valuable leads on the Center Crisis, I've managed to convince my collogues to give you an advance on your stipend, plus extra."

He passes over a envelope and two Balls, containing $5000 Poke, a TM that contains a Single Use Copy of Protect, and a Single Rare Candy.

"...It is hardly enough, for what you are doing for all of us, but....I did the best I could. *Hangs Head* I'm...sorry, Mr. Entary. Sorry...you have to do this."

With that said, he falls silent, letting you read things over and....

Encounter 2 // Morning - Survival Center

Eventually you head over to the Survival Center to meet up with Vernon ( @Iron ), who's nursing one nasty headache by the looks of it. His Turtwig is close by, looking casual yet worried about everything. The two of you exchange greetings (if any) and head in. At the front desk is the very same lady that Vern first scheduled things with, and her face brightens as she see you two.

"*Waves!* Hey! Vernon and Seddi, right? *Smiles!* On behalf of everyone here: Welcome to the Sutalor's Wild Life, Exploration, and Survival Center! Your Tour can begin at anytime - and you can have one Pokemon out with you, so long as they are not too big or heavy! Wouldn't want them breaking the floor or getting stuck, yeah?

"*Claps Hands* As for the Tour itself - we can start on the ground floor, where our 'Basic Essentials' and 'Sutalorian Boons!' are displayed and sold, as well as a Fishing Pond you are free to Catch 1 Pokemon or Item out of while you are here!

"The 2nd Floor contains the offices and hub of the 'official duties' of the SWESC , as well as hang outs for Bounty Hunters, Rangers, and Frontier and Wild Trainers to coordinate and take jobs, either from each other, us, or whatever ones we get posted from the government and other agencies and individuals.

"We have the Basement, which contains our Heavy Duty Hardware, including Weaponry and Transportation Solid Rock enough to get you into and out of most of the trickiest and wild things Mother Sutalor has on hand! You may need some licenses to get the more, ah, effective armaments, and the vehicles don't come cheap either, but believe you me when I say it's worth every Poke and the hassle if it keep you and your own safe as a Teddiursa with their Ursaring Momma throughout Sutalör! !

"Lastly, we have a Holding Facility and small Sanctuary for Pokemon that are caught and given to us for processing or safekeeping, as well as 24/7 medical staff and security to ensure everyone remains healthy and Protected as can be! We also have Holding Cells for criminals or one causing trouble here or nearby, just in case, but those are not a part of the Tour."

"Lunch will be served at [Time X], and there will be frequent breaks for you to explore and check out each part of the SWESC. *Lightbulb!* Oh! And remember, if you have any questions, feel free to raise them at any time during the Tour."

"*Clasps Hands Once More, Brightly Smiling* Now, any questions, or are you all ready to begin?"
