The cowboy pauses, caught a little off guard by the sudden mental communication.  That was the last voice he would have expected to hear on the embassy grounds!

"Hm?  Oh, Sylvia!  Fancy seein' you here!  I think I should have a moment.  Not long though.  Have a rather important meetin' I need to be gettin' to."

He looks around, seeming to expect to see someone else.  "Hmmm...is Randy not with you right now?  I would have expected him to be sticking close to you.  Unless you purposefully snuck away from him?"

Now why would Sylvia be here of all places?  Maybe...?  He looks at the Espeon curiously, trying to solve this puzzle.
