Sylvia gives a humming pause, considering.
>>Makes sense. International communications being down does put the breaks on that, though. I do have my Galarian Citizenship papers and my Research Affiliation card, but I’m not sure if that’s sufficient.
Sylvia will happily hand them over for inspection nonetheless, though.

"Research, huh?  What kind of research?"

Seddi will thumb through any credentials and research materials Sylvia offers him, an eyebrow raised the entire time.  Galar is on good terms with Neo Unova, so he's being extra thorough with his scrutiny.

After a few minutes of that, he'll hand the papers back to Sylvia.  "Working for and/or with a Professor Larch and researching psychic signatures.  Mind if I ask why?"

He needs to get a read on her motives and the motives of the Professor she's working with.  Might require more research later, but as long as he has Sylvia here, might as well ask.
