The Shedninja is also awake, floating by your bed with what you think is an air of confusion but acceptance.

Darren wakes up, groggy from the unwanted visitation of the Flutter Mane events. "Huh." he says when he sees the feather is glowing. He picks it up and puts it in a pocket as he makes some instant coffee. He notices the poor weather, and he carefully will make his way to a place where other trainers would likely be holing up for his first encounter.
