Yes, indeed! My Idea to walk around relatively safely during that mild Hurricane is to combine several 'smaller' aspects/skills of Bernhard into one big thing for max. effect; in particular these:

- Naturally the air affinity of his, seeing the hurricane not as a hinderance but as something to make use of to his own advantage (Ariel Superiority and Wind Control)
- The Spell you mentioned to shield him from most of the rainfall (good thinking there, many thanks my dear! Probably not the first time Bern was suprised by bad weather during his travels but had no other choice than to take it?)
- Walk around WITH the storm, not against it (but cautiously enough to not be blown facefirst into things)
- Make use of the slipstream whenever possible
- Make use of Graduation Air cast via Innate Casting on ourselves if things are getting dire, to change trajectory of us mid-air to avoid taking damage
- Zephy's Flight Skill, but not for actual flying but for parkour
- Accelating our speed via Quick Attack cast via Evocation from Myra (or Nirix, who is exhausted and at -1 pain however)
- Possibly Safeguard from Myra via Evocation to protect us from anything the storm my throw onto us/suffering Ailments through the hurricane or rain
- Whatever remains, take it either through sheer will or out of spite

...That's quite a lot, but Bernhard won't make use of everything at once/use only what's needed to walk around in relative safety to not stress himself and his Gauntlet too much. Would that work if he does happen to step outside?

For Encounter No.1 however we're NOT leaving the room at the Magi Embassy however - unless something comes up that forces Bernhard to do so. Nope, what he'll do is stay there and summon both Myra and Zephy to his side. How are these two doing this morning? (Myra in particular after she had some pleasant times of admiration and appreciation at the foxy Cafe; Zephy after she spent time with the Gleams/playing with Saph while her Master was at the Cafe with Oz.) "A pleasant and good morning to you two. *pauses to just observe them* You two doing well on this stormy day and after having aided me on that...test yesterday night? *sighs* I'm good, just...exhausted since that was TRUELY something."

To Zephy in particular: "So..... You enjoyed your downtime with the Gleams? How far are you with your splendid artwork to present the fateful process of having cured dear Saph?" (since that was requested for her to create/work on to get hung up in his private quarters, just because I think that whole thing was more than meaninful enough for Bernhard to do that)

To Myra in particular: Bernhard takes a bit to simply brush though her magnificent and silky golden fur. "Do tell me dear one, you feeling healthy? No ailments or pain bothering you? Since there is something...I'd like to request of you please, if you're fine with it. Something I've wished to do for a day or to already, but simply haven't found the time yet."


On a sidenote also, how possible is it to go for a process of alchemistic creation inside the room of the Magi Embassy AND under the -1 Exhaustion? In particular processing the Houndoom parts given by Darren/@Mikaruge108, to which we'll - as requested - invite him to watch and possibly aid for Encounter No.2 IF crafting things is not completely doomed to fail under the current state.

Hmm....none of that is a definitive solution, but together It all those magical measures and technic may work in making traveling through the raging storm bearable (and perhaps even enjoyable). I'll give you two options in regards to how things will turn out with the above measures:

- You'll face a one or more Dex based Survival Roll as you travel outside with variable modifers. Pass them, and you don't waste time or get caught up in some mess that could prove Dangerous. Fail, and something guaranteed will happen that is either Bad or posses a significant challenge; in either event the Encounter will still cost extra Time Slots to complete.
- You'll get through the storm without a Roll and no delays (No Time wasted), but you'll take further Exhaustion and have Random Difficulties happen to you based on a Fortune Roll per Trip through the storm.

Choose one, and that will be the outcome of the countermeasures you stated.

Myra is in high spirits after a previous day of delights, miracles, and triumph, giving you an affectionate nuzzle and waves of her tails. The mini-Hurricane outside isn't dampening her good mood at all - though she does jump and bristle at the occasional BOOM of thunder or loud splatter. Your question is meet with a mild confusion at first, but she does give you an affirmative yip, looking at you with no small amount of curiosity now...

Zephy, on the other hand, is QUITE drowsy as you summoned her, rubbing one eye with a paw before floating over to your bed and snuggling right in, giving you a sleepy wave and tired smile as you strike up the conversation as she lays on her back on your pillow.

"*Yawns* ...Mmrgh. Morning, Sammy. Yeah, I had a blast. Lil' girl was so energetic she was practically vibrating with all she wanted to do, and she wanted to share that with me now that you were gone. Ended up throwing a whole tea party for me and the Ghost friends she made, and I couldn't say no to her with the Growlithe eyes she gave me. *Sighs with a tiny smile* Cut into the time I had to paint, but it was worth it. Need to go back over there and finish the paintings, but it can wait. Got done with the Gleam's portrait, but only halfway done with yours; I'll get it nice and done when we grace them again. *Giggles* 'Sides, if you visited now you'd probably get roped into her antics and whatever the Gleams have planned for you; Ezzy was hush hush on the details, but she implied that you're getting no less than a king's ransom for the miracles you pulled off. *Happily huffs* Just like you deserve, and I won't hear anything Contrary to it!"

As you're in the Magi Embassy and are of a fairly high rank (to put it mildly), your Room is both fully accommodate for all kinds of magic and the staff here will get you any basic tool at your request if you send word to them via a convenient phone place on a nightstand nearby. This include a miniature lab area off to the side, complete with a desk + supplies to take notes that come with a lockbox (Sturdy and Magically Protected) to keep anything you want/make in it safe and sound. More exotic or specific requests for Ingredients or Special Tasks are subject to approval and/or Costs, though!

You can still make things while Exhausted; you'll have a - 1 Success on all your Rolls, but it doesn't prevent you from trying anyway. Not the first time you've done your work or research tired; sometimes, you've had your best results yet while under such wearying pressure. Other times....well, it's nothing you haven't Toughed out and learnt from.
