[Guide] Beneficial Item Glitch (Please Read)

I'm late to the thread, though was curious if this glitch still works? And of course I'll try it. Not like I'm just gonna read the instructions and never try it, there's literally a save game button in case of mistakes. And I'm new to Pokémon glitches in general, since I never played Pokemon as a kid.
