Seddi would cross his arms as he continues to give Morgana a long; hard stare, but one of them is currently bleeding, so he decides to lean on the table in front of him with just one arm instead.

"With all due respect, politics have been my chief concern since I arrived in this region, and not because I'm willingly choosing to engage in them.  Almost everything about my visit so far has been political to some degree.  It's the nature of the job, I suppose.  You'll have to forgive me for drawing a hard line that neither of us should want to cross."

He leans back again, remaining surprisingly nonchalant.  "Alright.  Humor me.  What could you possibly know about a nobody from Paldea who had to make a name for himself that nobody else does?  What could unnerve you so much that you'd need to draw blood?"

Upon your improvised posturing Morgana jolts, looks at the arm she poked to Verify you (whatever she meant by THAT), and hastily waved a hand over it. In an instant the wound was gone, as if it never existed. 

Well, save for the blood on her literal hand and lips, but you're trying not to pay attention to that too hard.

"Oh! Sorry for not treating that post haste. I was....rather put out by the revelation I had. Still am, if I am being honest, ha ha a...."

She lets out an awkward laugh, only to let out a sigh at your pointed remark.

"That is....fair. Especially considering my reputation, my pennant for whimsy, and how I usually am. *Looks down* ...And after what I did to you. Miraculous and accidental gift though it may be, you likely do not share the same feelings as I do about it, to say less about the Pain it caused. Perhaps that was why, and how your SOUL is now I missed....."

Your question causes her to fall silent for a moment, looking at you with trepidation, before -
