Yep. Oz did feel inadequate towards everyone. And before anyone do funny ideas: No, Oz do not feel any kind of romantic feelings towards Seddi. For two specific reasons:
1 - It would be very weird to Dragonstrike and me if I start to force or do romantic interactions between our two characters without his consent. It would be both gross and terrible from me, and I respect Dragonstrike both as a fellow player and a great friend.
2 - For narrative reasons, Oz look Seddi more like a hero, or someone with high trust on himself. Someone anyone could rely on. Oz think Seddi is really brave by stand his ground against Morganna and have the trust of a Legendary Paradox Pokemon. She did read a lot of books of old stories of heroes of old with bravery and challenge impossible foes, and Seddi kinda have all the traits in be someone like this. For someone who fail so much in the past and with problems of self confidence, its no wonder she feels inadequate towards the others, but in special with him She does not hate Seddi nor feel romantic feelings to him. She more like admires and feel less adequate towards him.
