Okay, something went wrong with my last post, so to answer your questions briefly.
1. Yes, you can summon Spritze for Battle, but it isn't that good of an idea unless you're willing to risk the Power Loss, Protection, and leaving a bad impression on the fluffball in exchange for spilting the aggro of the rats.
2. You can draw Zephy's SPE Power, but not without consequence with her. You always have access to your PC's Base SPE, and can further increase it from the 'pool' of SPE you get from your Linked In Mons to your Gauntlet. Evocation (Pokemon Moves from the Links) can then use whatever amount of SPE Power you wish to 'cast' them on Targets ; same is true for Invocation, though that's always a risky prospect to do mid-battle. Beware the Stress to the Gauntlet at all times!
