Hmm....you know, I'm willing to cut you a break and have Seddi's Healing Berries in his Inventory act as 'Held Items' just this once, due to them miraculously pressed so against his side due to Kayla SQUISH. It'll use them ALL up on him, though! Still, you avoid the Faint, can get cured of your Status, and still soldier on through the Encounter if you really want to study the Big Gloomy Dragon while they're discombobulated from the comedy that took place.

I think I can stomach the loss of 2 Sitrus Berries just so Seddi doesn't faint.  Still not cheap, but cheaper than a Revive, that's for sure.  If Akamu is handling the status, then that's problem solved!

Then I'll go ahead and edit my post to account for this, and let you do whatever prepwork you want for researching those two weird 'Mons' of theirs as safely (or risk reduced, perhaps) as possible. As a Freebie (and tip going forward) - Start with trying to pull up the Data/Info Screen on their Balls and go from there - usually you'd do this sort of data mining and analysis in a lab, but your phone is high tech enough to handle a small job like this + Sada envisioned that a portable scanner/Pokemon anaylzer was needed beyond basic Dex functionality and just programmed one into it at some point. Genius AI at work, people!
