@Iron
The sailor just shakes her head at your question - you get the sense she's not certain either. Only that it was coming. Your repetition of her turn of phase causes her eyebrows to shoot up, but she just let out a sigh and nodded.
Nothing more to be said, you depart from the old lady's company, fairly certain she'd contact you and get you started on becoming a half-decent sailor. That'd certainly expand your wandering possibilities, eh?

@Spiritmon
Nothing much to report with Oz, save she's constantly mothered and kept on strict watch by Glinda and, later, Fortuna. The latter of which repeatedly Pecks and bonks you furiously on the head for your hair brained and horrendous decision making, all with tacit permission by your Good Witch and much to the confusion and bemusement of the staff. Though if you told them why your lucky raven was so cross they might put you on suicide watch, so mum's the word here....
Perasphone is remarkably behaved despite everything, simply setting right by your side in a rare display of quiet, calm affection. Bethy is trying to convince Dite - who was now UnFainted by DEEPLY disturbed by her Trainer - to try and give them another chance, so far to no avail by how increasingly distressed they were at the prospect. Considering the looked like they were ready to Faint every time you so much as glanced at them....perhaps you should see if you can get a refund from the Koffee shop.
Meza just rested at the foot of your bed like a Growlithe, close at hand.
Hecate refuses to come out of her Ball - every time you try to touch it Glinda gently pushes your hand away and shakes her head.

To save time and get to the real meat and potatoes of tomorrow....
- Turns out letting Smore lead WAS the right call, as she got Glomena and Galvantula to create one NASTY field of electrified and poisoned trip-wires, webbing, snare traps, and MORE, as well as helping create several camouflaged stands for you to hide and dart between!
- Between her efforts and your own planning and considerable advantages (amplified even further with Bug-teamwork synergy) the Attackers couldn't even get half-way through, let alone find or get a bead on you long enough to try for the alt-win con.
- The Renegade attempted to slip by the Insect Hell, but ends up getting Caught and strung up by one of the many, many traps Smore set up, much to her and everyone elses delight.
End Result of the Scene: The Natives total dominance over the Invaders, thoroughly confounding all that tried to encroach and threaten The Land. You even got to ransom back the Renegade for a Valuable Berry of your choice, much to their mock rage and embarrassment.
The crowd was thoroughly amused and entertained by your shenanigans, and seemed impressed at the trust you had with your Mons. You get $1500 Poke in the form of 'tips' from the crowd, and an offer from the producer to work for them again, if you so happen to cross ways again or at the Kyorge Arts Hall.
Glomena gains 0.5 Happiness, and Galvantula and Smore gain + 1 Happiness for their part in the show! Smore also seems to appreciate giving her the Royal Jelly to hold right away, even though you two have hardly Bonded and, judging by all the High Level Move she knows, she could potentially Ascend to the Throne at any time and potentially complicate things for you GREATLY. + 0.5 Loyalty to Smore!

Nothing bothers you as you exit the side-allies you were exploring.
Not even the group of thugs that were seemingly waiting for you, all of them sporting the all too familiar 'BB' on their shirts, jackets, or other articles. Leading the was a rather menacing yet strangely subdued man that matched the description given by Oz perfectly: 'John'
The man simply stared at you, arms crossed, his face blank.
"....Tell the lady we're even now. Did more to balance her Sins in the Book with her....penance that I or most of the Family could enact. Willing to let you off the hook too, for your....part in things."
He turns his back on you and snaps his fingers and departs, his fellow BBs following in tow.
"Remember this: don't fuck with the BBs again. 'Cause next time you do...we'll collect interest on the Vengeance we're owed."
With that, they were gone, disappearing into the crowd before you could do anything or start a Fight/scene.

@Dragonstrike and @PhantomUnderYourDesk
However or whenever you decide it, when the meeting is abjured Ralice simply smiled, held up a gesture to the Spector of Bernhard....
And did a silly little wave, banishing it in a flash of that same energy that felt so, so wrong to your senses.
Upon this happening the Magi would immediately zone back in from wherever his mind drifted too, retaining his memories of the meeting....and abruptly realizing how WRONG it was as he blinked, looked around, and found he was at the very park the lox took him earlier to canoodle with Zephy....
....Aaaand speaking of which, the two of them where still going at it, even AFTER such a long conversation and who knows how long you spent in The No Thought Zone to try and ignore/block their fun out. How lovely.
The only thing of note was your Spritze, who happened to be out and was resting on your shoulder, dozing off in their own little dreamland....
Back with Seddi and....the girl, she turned to look at the cowboy, that ever innocent yet ever slightly off smile still on her face as she raise that very hand....and promptly conked herself on the head! Her eyes flashed, and they seemed to cartoonishly spin as she had this dazed, almost dopy expression, before she shook her head and beamed at you with (possibly, in another remote reality) infectious cheer.
"There there, done and done! Know-Not Forgot-Cleared her Memory-Recolection of the meet-meet with my F r i e n d s! As promise, as foretold, Ralice the Kind uphold, eh he he!"
The....rat creature before you then did a curtsy, giving you an apologetic, nearly mournful look.
"Ah, but oh no no! Ralice must now go go! Much to do, so many thingy-takies to be ready-done! A home to make, r a t s to slay, and people to save! Prepare, prepare, prepare for Father, Granny, Maker, and F r i e n d s! Ralice the Kind is so so so very busy-in-a-tizzy, can't longer stay to meet and play with you!"
She straightened up and gave you a wave farewell!
"So good-bye farewell to you, friend of a F r i e n d ! May we-you-me have fun-festivity ever and ever again! Maybe, and maybe, meet again? Or become a F r i e n d! Eh he he~!"
Her eyes glowed as tittered....then stopped, staring at you with sudden, intense focus...
And with one step she was right in front of you, squinting as she reached out and touched your heart.
You felt.....nothing from her touch.
Well, it was not comfortable, but with all the miasmic, negative, and downright Cursed energy saturating her like sponge full of mercury you expected far worse from direct contact with the...girl.
She got a few more taps in, as if checking something, before you automatically backed up and Myra rounded on her, causing her to skip back in one, long, far too graceful stride.
A look of surprise on her face as she peered at you with stark innocent curiosity, tilting her head at you like you were the anomaly in plain sight.
"....You're already a F r i e n d ?"
The...girl looked rather confused, which swiftly became tinged in wonder and pure childish Happiness as she did a little twirl and cheered.
"*Clap clap!* Yes yes, you are! Eh he he, how Fortunate, how Divine! Ralice the Kind has found-made another F r i e n d today-end of say! Eh he he he!!!"
Ralice genuinely seemed overjoyed at....whatever she discovered about you. Not so coincidentally you felt Iron Leave's presence shrink to almost non-existence at the point of contact, but as she faded back in with the...girl's distance the feelings you got were....ashamed, mortified, and embarrassed?
Further introspection was interrupted as you felt the....being refocus upon you, once more giving you another wave, this one more energetic and causing the Darkness and Shadows to bounce and stretch.
"Eh he he....but still, yet sadly-though, Ralice must go go. It was wonderful-grateful to meet with you, new-dear F r i e n d ! May we one day meet again and again! Bye-bye~!"
Then Ralice the Kind just....turned around and skipped off into the Darkness and Shadows, causing the entire atmosphere around you to writhe and distort for a moment.....
....before it all cleared away, leaving you and Myra by yourselves on the now normal, empty side street.
The kitsune, looking thoroughly unnerved and DONE with the day, simply turned to give you a pleading look. Can we go back to the Embassy now, please? She DESPERATELY need to see her Master and make sure he's ACTUALLY okay!
Back to Bern, when he eventually gets back to the Embassy (Right after catching a thoroughly tuckered out yet oh so satisfied Umbrelong), he awaits Morgana's nightly visit....and gets a text message from her of all things. Which, considering how she prefers magically sending messages directly to you, was both strange and worrying from her. It simply read: I can't come tonight. Business was too messy. Will see you tomorrow first thing I can. Sorry, dear.

Sylvia....was tired once more.
Not simply because of the miraculous save she pulled off.
A different kind of weariness had make itself known, perhaps having lurked and waited ever since her run in with the ______
A sort of....ethereal exhaustion, as it were.
If....that was the sort of thing that was going to be her norm?
She's uncertain that she is ready to handle it.
Not yet.
As she was recovering she 'thumbed' through her phone, thinking about what she wanted to share and discuss with others....when her eyes landed on the first number she inputted in her new phone.
The person that rescued her, and seemed to know what she need.
Her brows furrowed for a moment, thinking....
....Before she made her decision.
GROUP MESSAGE (TEXT): Greeting everyone....and good-bye. I regret to inform you that I won't be joining your group for the time being. After doing some reflection after Oz' recovery, I have come to realize that I am not yet ready for the Role I found myself in. Possibly ever, if I'm to be completely honest. The strange things, the looming destiny, and all the wild excitement....it is just too much for a simple Espeon like myself - well, not so simple, but I hope you get my point.
Maybe I am being over-cautious. Maybe I do not have enough faith in my abilities. Perhaps my most recent experience is overly impacting and shadowing my judgement.
I do know this for certain, though: I need more time. Time to recover, to think, and time to grow into my own. I could do it with you all, but....I don't want to hold you back. Especially at a critical moment, which I predict will be all too common.
So. I'm departing for the time being. I'll be staying with a new friend of mine, who'll help me 'Come into my own, exactly how you want.' Can't promise I'll visit or have visitors, but I can promise you this: I'll keep in touch. I'll try to give you updates on what's happening to me, and if you have any questions that can use my Insight or expertise I will try to get to them post-haste.
I'm sorry I'm leaving you all like this. I truly, truly wish I could stay and be a part of your guys adventure. I know without a shadow of a doubt you all will do great things...and that is in part why I must step down. I have to become the best I can be, before I can be the best for everyone.
Thank you so much for the precious memories. No matter what happens, I'll cherish them and the time we had together.
Sincerely,
Sylvia
...
Sylvia has left the Party, but Everyone has access to a new Function: Ask Sylvia! Once per Day per PC, you can Ask for advice/Insight on anything in a Encounter or about another Topic that has been bothering you, and I will do a Roll using her Stats, with various modifiers added and subtracted based on what's asked. These answers can be used to Confirm/'solve' things in an Encounter, or as a jumping off point for your own inquiries.
The prompt to do the Function : Ask Sylvia! : " [Insert Question/Context Here] "
She'll also occasionally give updates on how's she doing, as well as what's happening in her neck of Sutalor.

And so, the Day draws to a close. Bayhama does not rest, however, for its gearing up for something big Tomorrow. For tomorrow brings...!
=====
Excitement and fervor was in the air as all across the city the party was the year was about to begin! Each distinct of Bayhama was either closed or gearing up their own local big attractions and mini-events, while all throughout Settlers, Tourists, and a few Native and Magi were all bustling with cheer as they were ready to P-A-R-T-Y!!! Even the local Pokemon were getting in on the fun, with several of the critters joining right in the festivities or taking the chance to see how much they could get away with now that the event was in full swing.
After several long days of CHAOS, intrigue, and general malarkey, a day or two of respite was exactly what the Nurses ordered! Speaking of which -
For Oz - Recall your Encounter Limits due to Reviving Glinda. The doctors on hand seeing to your own recovery and the Good Witch continuing to ride herd on you HARD to take it easy certainly put none too fine a point on you NOT overexerting yourself after your heart-to-heart with the Abyss and DEATH. Everyone but Hecate and Dite had calmed down somewhat by now - the former still refusing to see you and the later too stressed out to stand the sight of you for very long.
For Seddi - Iron Leave's Headache had, thankfully, fully resolved by the time you two awoke (with the Verdant Sword again sleeping by your bed underneath a sheet). However, and most frustrating to Her, was that Her SOUL Communications were now down, as apparently after Her Systems cleared the 'corruption and software damage' caused by whatever made you all lose time they shut down THAT function to repair, update, and then troubleshoot it before functionality was restored. However long that takes is Unown to her - her estimate is anywhere between sometime today to a long weekened.
Sadda has nothing good to report: despite doing everything in her power to get International Comms back online (and dealing with the local bureaucracy all the while) she has only BARELY enabled brief, simple texts to Paldea. The less said about the GTS, the better - with how extensive the damages were done to THAT it may be quicker to chart a path to a different town to use their connection or try to find more dubiously legal relays 'off the grind' . Right now she says that she got a simple response back from your Boss: Everything was fine back home, but that you should report immediately once Comms are stable enough for Video Conversation. Your Mentor also sent a message that also got straight to the point, though is their own unique way: "Pls pls call w.y.c. I getting SO worried, running out of stuff to chase the bad feelings away ;((( 0n0 < _ > "
The only good news is that the government hasn't bothered you lately about doing your 'extra' duties, either because its the holidays or (more likely) a certain Godmother has put the fear of Her in them, and like Drilbur they were Dig deep and not poking their head out until they felt the coast was clear.
For Akamu: If you're still seeing your date then you can easily start your day there (and with her). In other news, as you woke up you got a message from Sada, telling you that Nalu's Special Training and 'Period of Recovery' was complete, and that you could get them from the PC anytime. This doesn't take long, but when you do and Release him for a check up he all but collapses on the spot, spreading out like half-melted jello as they let out a burbling half-groan, half joy at seeing you and being away from those slave drivers. Never again did he want to undergo another 'Stress Test' like those again! Aarrrrggggh...
Evolution Progress: (4) Good Progress! Perhaps a few more challenging battles or dedicating a good chuck of energy (and XP) could get him over the threshold!
XP Gained: (5)(3) * 5 = 40 XP Gained!
Move Gained ?: (5)(5) Yes! Nalu Learned Endure!
Surprise!:
- Rarity: (6)(4) Uncommon!
- Kind: (3) Move! Which one?: Acid Spray!
- Quality: (94) + 3 (U) = 97!!
Move Changes: It has become Spread (Min 3 Targets) and can Ignore Steel Type Immunity to deal Resisted Damage!
Nalu currently is Exhausted AND at - 1 Pain; he needs some time before he's fully Battle Ready. He's also not entirely happy with you throwing him into the Deep like that - Greatly decreased Bond Gain for the rest of the Day.
For Vernon- You wake up at your preferred haunt, ready to explore the city that has fully transformed into a Party Central for Sutalör! You did receive a text message from an unknown number, simply saying 'Here. Let me know when you are free.' Munchlax and Pwee look especially excited about the Festival (and all the yum yums they could get), while your new Catches feel quite the opposite, rather antsy or irritated (or both) about the increased energy levels. Turtwig was mellow as every, while your last Mon was content as they could be.
For Darron: Nothing bothers you as you rest for the night, nor did Aaron Bug you about your day - apparently they were tired after a busy day following your example and helping the Center you guys were staying in. Which was a good thing, considering how likely he would have questions about the Astral Stone 'acting up' or why you have a very particular and Dangerous combination of a specific Bug and Item despite such Potential being WELL out of your League.
Speaking of said Princess: when you checked it seems she has grown quite a bit since yesterday, ever since you gave her the Royal Jelly to hold/nom on. Looks like she's making progress on her Coronation FAST in typical Bug-like expediency - you're going to have to decide if you want to take the Jelly away and risk them becoming upset or letting them keep it to maintain the good start but potentially having to deal with a real Queen sooner than is preferable...
Chloe also made you a new silk scarf as a sign of her overwhelming support to you - she looks quite eager to see you try it on!
For Bern: You wake up in the Embassy....spooned between Zephy and your newest Team Member Umbrelong (What WOULD be a good name for this...minx), the later of which had you in a literal Grapple as they snoozed peacefully beside you. They/she felt quite cuddly, surprising - their/her skin was like sleek, furry scales that easily deformed to the touch, and they/she were pleasantly warm and emitted vibrations of sort that relaxed as much as they tingled. By now your Paralysis had cleared up (as was the right state of mind you were in) and Myra had been returned (what a frantic and almost tearful reunion THAT was), and the rest of your Mons were feeling better and Refreshed from a good night's sleep. Oh, better remember to get your Ingredients for the day from them too, if you deem them ready for extraction!
You got a message from Morgana, yet again a text: she said that she'll be ready to join you for an outing at around mid-day or so (Spend at least 1 Moderate Encounter and 1 Minor Encounter) , but that you shouldn't wait on her to 'fully indulge in summertime festivities of hardy recollections' . No message back yet from your Mentor either - which was not unusual, considering how busy he was and this time of year/recent events no doubt keeping him well distracted and thoroughly vexed.
Finally, you got a message and request from the Bayhama government of all people: they wish you come to the City Hall - where the Festival is officially and traditionally started from - and give a small speech as a sign of mutual solidarity, support, and honor/Happiness between the Settlers and Mageocracy to help kick things off. Given your station and rank as one of the highest ranked Magi and Scimitar in these lands it should come as no surprise that the city had the idea to latch onto your continued presence and try to capitalize on that to bolster relations and ease troubled minds. Whether you humor them or not is up to you.
Now, onto the Big Festivities each Part of Bayhama is gearing up to have!

Wild Life Center: No changes, beyond expanded tours. They're mostly active concerning the any rogue threat that requires their prompt action to deter, contain, or exterminate.
The Beaches: Party Central! Come here if you want to mingle with every walk of life, and maybe uncover a boatload of treasure shaken up by all the activity or carelessly lost.
Ports/Marina: Closed for the most part, but their are a myriad of informal Fishing Contests you could angle your way in. Maybe a private tour or cruise, if you can swing it.
Last but not least The Afterlife Bar is having both a 'Ultimate Dance Off' and 'No Hold Bar Elite Underground Tourney' , both of them thrilling experiences that may or may not be as Dangerous as they are Rewarding.
Aaaaaaand that's it! Go on out there and HAVE A FANTASTICAL TIME~!!!
The sailor just shakes her head at your question - you get the sense she's not certain either. Only that it was coming. Your repetition of her turn of phase causes her eyebrows to shoot up, but she just let out a sigh and nodded.

=====
DAY 7: THE DAY OF THE FESTIVAL!!!
Music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Hvg9keoJ70 (Battle! Sinnoh Frontier Brain: Remix ► Pokémon Platinum/Heart Gold & Soul Silver)Excitement and fervor was in the air as all across the city the party was the year was about to begin!

- Hosting the 'Shining Start' to the Festivities, where the leaders and bigwigs of Bayhama give their speeches about the event, address outstanding public issues, and generally trying to hype things up. Pretty good opportunity to meet all sorts of people, and those that stay for the speeches usually manage to get a few goodies or learn some juicy news that kickstarts their fun in a big way!

Kyorge's M.A. Hall: The Grand Orchestra is playing! Come enjoy some classics to set the mood, or try your own luck Performing with or against them!

Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
